Starting CL Safety Support has been challenging and sometimes exhausting. Trying to balance a full-time job, family, kids activities, and starting this company just wasn’t working. In the middle of 2021, I made the decision to leave my full time job as a materials engineer and focus all of my energy on CL Safety Support.
When I visit a school or center, I am always met with a joke, a request to make a silly face, or an individual working on a challenge or task. I always leave confident in my decision to go all in with this endeavor, to help others.
My business partner will occasionally share stories of students that have made a tremendous amount of progress in a short time, and sometimes a longer period of time. It shows what all individuals can accomplish when they are able to utilize the right tools. My goal is to have the products of CL Safety Support be tools for independence, safety, and growth for the special needs community. What has motivated you to take on a challenge?
Until next time,
CL
